Extension, Trewollock

This new extension accommodates for a new utility room to make better use of the existing building. Space was limited between the existing building and the neighbouring property, therefore the design maximises the available space, as well as closely matching with the existing dwelling.

Grade II House & Barns Refurbishment

The property is a detached Grade II Listed house which was originally constructed in c1710. This property stands on the site of an ancient Cluniac Priory. Little of the original building remains, although some early carved stones have been excavated by previous owners.
