New House, Nanpean

A new house built within a tightly constrained, small site. The site is triangular in shape, narrowing to a single gateway at the road, and vehicle access needed to be maintained past the new house to give access to the existing stable and field at the rear. The house was built in an L-shape, with additional space gained by reducing the width of an existing wide Cornish hedge boundary wall, rebuilding it to maintain a traditional appearance.

Status: Building works complete.
