NOT PUBLISHED Two-Storey Extension, Mevagissey

A two-storey study and bedroom extension to an existing house on the edge of a Conservation Area. The extension was designed to match in with the existing style of the house, and also took advantage of the Southerly aspect by including solar panels for hot water. This renewable energy technology helps to reduce reliance on power from the national grid, reducing the impact of future fuel cost rises and creating a more sustainable home.

Status: Building works completed.
