A complex of four holiday cottages at St Wenn, all converted from existing stone barns.

The owners also had an old photograph showing a further barn which had since been demolished. Using this as evidence we were able to obtain planning permission to build a fifth holiday cottage to complete the courtyard enclosure.

Grade 2 House & Barns Refurbishment

The property is a detached Grade II Listed house which was originally constructed in c1710. This property stands on the site of an ancient Cluniac Priory. Little of the original building remains, although some early carved stones have been excavated by previous owners.
